What is the threshold for "Hide Low Karma"?

It's -10. (For context for others: this is a new option on the /daily page [? · GW])
Maybe we could just make it a field you can set however you want. The main thing we wanted is for stuff that gets downvoted a lot for being spam or weird/incoherent to not automatically take people's attention on the Daily page.

Even if it's not optional, it might make sense to have a tooltip that gives the information about the threshold.
