I think what you are suggesting we look out for is analogous to an Enzyme? 

I mean in the sense that the structure of these things is highly improbable and therefore very low-entropy in the Informatics sense, but its function is to increase the reaction kinetics of the stuff around it radically, in many cases releasing more Gibbs energy and more entropy?
