Yeah, I think my ideal site would be some combination of PredictionBook and LongBets. I may code one myself, if I can't find one. 

(...and by code one myself, I mean find a friend to help me, because I'm worthless at coding!)

I have one, and it's far less comfortable.

Besides, buying these sorts of masks new should be left to healthcare workers or ("essential" workers) and those that most need them. The rest of us should wear cloth masks.

must free of anything ending -ate (except stearate) or -ic acid; free of magnesium except magnesium stearate (it's insoluble)

The only product you link violates this. It contains stearic acid...

Completely agreed. I even publicly announced on my Facebook when Bitcoin was $7$ USD that I was buying 100USD worth, but then once I looked into how to even convert USD to Bitcoin, I said "eh, not worth, even it for some interesting economic experiment".
