Template For Effective Action

Hey LessWrong - 

This community has been extremely beneficial to my life in more ways than I can describe. I'm working on a new company and am in the process of creation documentation before launching, including some project plan templates. I figured I would share one of the templates (see here) hopes that it could be helpful to some folks tackling operational complex projects. If useful, I have a bunch more.

I think it'd be helpful to spell out more about how the template works and who it's target audience is here.
