If Femto technology ever turned out to be feasible What would it be capable of ?

Could we create exotic matter like tachyons etc too ?

It may be worth asking this question with the Q&A system. I suppose we must be able to guess a few things about it from back here in 2019, even if we don't know enough to imagine, like, what it'll be like in general.
