If you have met any of these LWers face-to-face, or just have some constructive criticism to offer them, I urge you to do so by any discreet channel, e.g. private messages on LW or the various feedback forms that these LWers have set up. Most of them have declared Crocker's rules. Please don't hesitate: you have a chance to do a lot of good.
There seems to be a large unmet demand for feedback. Any ideas how to better satisfy that demand are welcome!

You could put a link to that site that muflax linked, or some similar site, in your LessWrong profile. People who have feedback for you are more likely to see your profile than this thread, I think.

I posted my link to my facebook page and I got 5 responses from my friends within the day, 3 of them serious.

This seems great, and I set up a page for myself, but I have to wonder: since my contributions to LW have been minimal, why would anyone take the time to comment on me? How meaningful could such feedback be, given the small sample size?

Allowing less wrong users to send each other anonymous messages would be great site feature. There could be a checkbox in your preferences to determine whether you operated under Crocker's rules or not, maybe with room for an explanatory note on how you like your criticism. (This would also solve the problem of asking people if they operate under Crocker's rules in real life as a prelude to criticizing them – it's kind of awkward because if they don't operate under Crocker's rules, just asking is tantamount to criticism, which they might not be comfortable with. if this feature were implemented, you could just check their less wrong profile instead of asking.)
By the way, I operate under Crocker's rules! (hint, hint) the e-mail address described in my profile website is ideal.
And when I remember, I heartily thank anyone who criticizes me. (Maybe someday if I'm wealthier there will be monetary rewards ;)
