This does not seem like an effective altruist cause. I think it would be more appropriate to contact one of the human rights organizations working in India (1, 2, 3).
You could also start a blog, for example on Substack, and document the situation there.

Thanks for the links though.
I'll definitely reach out to the ones I haven't tried. Most of them are connected though, so they don't help or want to help as I am suing one of them.
Funny things happens when you reach out to some of them- Like they don't exist, or charge you money, or couldn't define harassment except sexual.

Yeah, that seems to be the perspective around here. I am new to EA. I thought it came under several categories.
These are some that exist one to one in my entire project- Mental health, Burden of disease, Education, Poverty trap
Hellish existential catastrophe and especially Longtermism.
