How to bet on AI, without helping AGI?

I'd like to be long $NVDA and $PLTR... without supporting the people or organizations that get supported by their stock price going up.
Yes, I'm OK with small impact, I'm an ethical vegan.
Now what?
- Must be real-money
- Must be legal for US citizens to use
- Cannot, by me helping its demand, directly support NVDA or PLTR
- Preferably wouldn't cause any stock-shares-demand at all, though I'll settle for "lowest-impact on hedge funds' information-consuming processes". (E.g. they could trade on this very post, but probably won't. They will, however, probably trade stock based on the info given by option prices, therefore I don't want to buy options either. However, if options do turn out (especially with data/research) to be the lowest-impact method already, then that would answer my question and merely make my actual trading/ethical decision a wee bit harder. But I'm asking this question to look for other options first!)
