Nootropics-Based Movie Coming Out

In a nutshell, it seems to be about a guy who uses nootropics to rapidly become more intelligent, charming, successful, etc. to the point that it completely changes his life. Then because it's a "thriller", people try to kill (or steal something from?) him.
