Austin LW: Survey for far-traveling attendees Jan-Feb 2020

We at the Austin LW meetup have reason to believe that there are many people in the surrounding area who would like to travel to Austin to attend a meetup, if they could be assured that other fellow far-comers will also be there. To that end, we're running a survey to coordinate on a date to designate as the "far-comers meetup."
