Discussion article for the meetup : DC Special Meetup

WHERE: Washington Mall, Washington, DC

NOTE: We will be moving around, but intend to stay in the mall area. PM me for contact information.

Since our regular host is out of town, we're holding a special meetup out and about in downtown DC.

We plan to do some Rejection Therapy, stare into each other's eyes, play a new rationality game (based on that hilarious Telephone game last meetup), and probably find a place to settle down and talk. If you can think of other activities that involve being outdoors, or having strangers around, we'll try and fit those in too.

If you feel like sharpening your social skills, this is the meetup to go to.

It might be good to commit to staying on the Mall for a certain amount of time, so that people who can't get there right at 1PM know they can still expect to find people there are 2PM or whenever.

Also, is there a certain part of the Mall you intended? By the reflecting pool, or the Washington Monument, or somewhere else? It's pretty huge. Cf. http://citywalkingguide.com/washingtondceastmall

Oh yeah, oops. I meant to say that we would stay in the mall area for a while, and be in contact via cell phone.
