ACX/SSC/Rationalist Meetup Madison 10/22

Time: Saturday October 22 1 pm--At this point (10/16) the weather looks promising, so we could start in the backyard in the sunshine and then move indoors and eat soup when it gets too cool.

 

Place: 1022 High St. We will meet outdoors in the backyard as long as weather permits. If weather does not permit, option to move inside with windows open and air purifiers on. Masks optional. If you are coughing or sniffling, you'll be asked to mask.

Private home: bathroom available (fully functioning--finally!)

Blue house with red porches and white trim. Google occasionally confuses it with 1022 Short St. which is very close by. 

Feel free to park in driveway if street parking is unavailable. If you are the first, please pull in far enough to allow others to park behind  you. 

Buses that will get you here: 4, 5, 13, 44, 47

 

 

Food & Drink. We've mostly been drinking tea lately, and I'll make sure there's tea and hot water available, but feel free to bring cold beverages and there will be a cooler. I'll try to make a soup or some other vegan hot food for those who would like something more substantial--and warmer. Do bring food to share--or just for yourself.

 

For now we’ll continue with free-wheeling conversation, but if anyone wants to suggest a specific post to discuss or a general topic, that’s welcome. 

 

Please bring along anyone you think would enjoy it.
