AI Disclosure Ballot Initiative (and voting method)

I shared that I'm helping to raise funds for a ballot initiative earlier (it also includes approval voting), but some of you may be interested that this initiative has a component requiring disclosure for AI generation in campaign ads. This could be the first time AI usage is required to be disclosed by law. This could also lead the way for other AI protection laws.
If you're interested in seeing this take place, feel free to message me. The campaign still has a shortfall of around $1M at this point. As a bonus, this ballot initiative would also bring approval voting to its first state. Our funding target for this is March of 2024.

If you want to advertise for such a position it would make sense to specify what kind of legal language you want to pass. Details are important when it comes to good policy.

Not sure why folks find this ballot measure so upsetting given the post score. I could be missing something. The current language requires a notification to go with any political advertising materials generated by AI. There is a small fine included for noncompliance. The language isn't set in stone until after funding is complete and the initiative runs.

I don't think anyone finds it upsetting. It's just a low-quality post asking for money.

That answer suggests you haven't thought about what counts as AI which seems to be a crucial question when approaching the issue from the LW perspective.
