I saw a story that mentioned this tool and took the test. I probably didn't give the answers as much thought as perhaps I should have (but wouldn't that also fit with a good personality tool's analysis?) but found some of the results both interesting and informative.
Has anyone else seen this and have any comments? I think of it more as alternative way of letting others be the mirror showing you what you look like.

Got bored after a few dozen fairly non-concrete questions. Didn't seem to be adaptive, didn't distinguish contexts (how I behave at work vs with family or friends), and implicitly seemed to be mostly about self-image with no checking of "what did you do in a recent situation like X" to get to actual behaviors.
Honestly, I like tests like these as a trigger for self-reflection. They're good questions to ask yourself "Do I usually do this, or do I just want to do this, or do I want others to think I do this? And why do I do or want that?" This particular instance didn't stand out from any of the standards for this usage. Ain't none of 'em where the results are all that trustworthy or informative.
I feel like the assessment is just slightly rephrased questions I just answered. Didn't find anything useful or insightful for myself.

I've taken the test not long ago and I agree it is quite informative. One concern I always have with these kinds of tests is that we tend to select options (at least in some cases) that highlight who we want to be rather than who we really are. I would like to know how this kind of bias is reduced.

I've taken it and think it's informative too. The explanations of the personality traits are far more granular than I've seen in other tests, and the sub-traits make it feel like it's a better fit.
