I don't understand some things about how this works:

1)Why do your rows go from 12 to twelve in some pictures? 2)Aren't you supposed to have 3 columns of 20 minutes so each row adds up to 1hour? Why in the pics you have two or 4 columns? 3)What's the difference between this and "calendar blocking" in wich you block your tasks by the hour of the day you're going to make them? These details are making very curious. Would love a video about this. (Posting again because there's two posts?)
