Thanks for going so thoroughly down this rabbit hole to mine data that is otherwise difficult to find, as you noted. My current method is composed of the listed ingredients for hangover cure products like Zbiotics. L-theanine, l-cysteine as nac, acidophilus probiotic, and some vitamin C for good measure. I'm about to include activated charcoal.
