So, If I say "I can't understand how a person who took an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution goes right ahead an defaces, dismembers, and clearly violates the Constitution, yet I Have the problem.

GOt circle-jerk your physics all you want. Even SCIENCE went through evolution of process and concept. Remember, the eyeball, no matter your poor understanding of its utility, is the best fit for the most purposes it serves. Similarly, it sounds ridiculous, but the change in the larynx of the human with the development of a flacid airway supported by the hyoid bone, only fostered really poor and inadequate breathing during sleep (Sleep Apnea) yet, the SELECTIVE ADVANTAGE of the flaccid airway lent to the usage of the airway to make more subtle soundings by the human, and this developed language. Of course better communication will always win out in a eat or be eaten environment.
What your problem is you conflate your silly notions of scientifc theories with reality. One is real, and the other is only real in our heads.
