If your still interested in this topic: My wife tried inositol to improve her insulin sensitivity/blood sugar. We don't know what exactly happend, but her Hba1c went from 5,4% to a bit less than 4%. (We tested both multiple times) The direction seems to be common but the magnitude in our case is ridiculous. Nothing more to add, just wanted to let you know because I heard from inositol frist from you. If you have any questions or anything you would like us to try feel free to ask. :)
