Introduction

It is written about the first of the Twelve Virtues [LW · GW]:

Curiosity seeks to annihilate itself; there is no curiosity that does not want an answer.

The main flaw of the Twelve Virtues is that they are epistemic in nature.

It is written about the first of the applied virtues:

Intentions seek to annihilate themselves; there is no intention that does not want to be executed.

The Technique

This is the simple, yet awesome technique to end all techniques:

1. Have an intention

2. Execute it

Exercise

Spend 15 minutes to 2 hours executing intentions.

I had many intentions
They were all executed
What were their crimes?

That last link is broken:

(It goes to:

https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SimpleYetAwesome%20technique%20to%20end%20all%20techniques.

and redirects to the main page

Instead of

)

Also the last post (on OODA loops/cycles) was a great explanation, btw.
