Many teams suffer from frictions - whether it's subtle tension or full-blown paralysis. AI safety orgs are no exception. In high-stakes, mission-driven contexts, unspoken tensions and misaligned communication can quietly drain energy, stall progress, and damage morale.

If you’re part of a team or organization in the AI safety space and want support—either to resolve an acute conflict or to build a more resilient team culture—I can help.

About me

Pricing

I know not all valuable work in AI safety is well-funded. So I use a sliding scale:
10€–100€ per hour, depending on your budget.

I care more about impact than invoices - if you think this would help your org, don’t hesitate to reach out.

How to get started?

Fill out this intake form with your name, email, and a short note on what you’re looking for. I'll follow up to schedule a free exploratory call.

I vouch for Severin being highly skilled at mediating conflicts.

Also, smouldering conflicts provide more drag to cohesion execution than most people realize until it's resolved. Try this out if you have even a slight suspicion it might help.
